Outdated ITSM system no longer met the customer's requirements

A leading European financial institution faced significant challenges due to their outdated ITSM system, HPSC, which was no longer sufficient for their needs. 

Solution: ServiceNow, empowers enterprise to regain full control over IT processes

flowworkx implemented ServiceNow, empowering the institution to regain full control over its IT processes. The new system enhanced efficiency and transparency, providing employees access to intuitive workflows. As a result, the institution experienced faster issue resolution and improved customer satisfaction. Despite tight timelines and budgets, the project was completed successfully with minimal disruption to daily operations. 

How the implementation went

The migration project from HPSM to ServiceNow involved six teams for dev-ops, ensuring a smooth transition. The project efforts amounted to €2M per year, with a total investment of €27M for licenses and managed services over five years.
